2011 has been quite the full year:
My beloved Grandmama, Margaret Eloise Foster Martin, went to be with the Lord on January 20th.
Also in January, I began working on a project first devised in July 2009: a magazine which launched this September and for which this blog and website was started.
In March, I went on an enchanting week-long tour of Italy with my Aunt and Uncle.
In July, I went to the Rio Grande Valley for the third year in a row on a week-long mission trip with my church. We got to add-on to the house we built last year. It was such a blessing to be able to serve the same family two years in a row – love them!
This fall, I've subbed at our church's preschool 10 times, and took their Christmas portraits. My photography business has picked up; I've had several photo jobs I was not expecting.
October heralded the beginning of an elimination diet (to see if I had a food allergy), during which I found out that I am sucrose intolerant – fun.
On top of all these are my daily blessings and “busy-ings” of family and friends and the unexpected adventures life brings.
I have a feeling that 2012 is going to be just as busy, if not busier – oh dear! Stay tuned for more information on what Dabble Magazine has in store for 2012!
One of my blender meals I had while on the elimination diet. I don't think this one will make it into the recipes section.
